1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using feelDLove — including our website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and feelDLove Ltd. If you have questions about anything here, please contact us before using the Service.
2 Eligibility
To use feelDLove, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
- Not have previously been removed from the Service for a violation of these Terms.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.
3 Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Promptly update your information if it changes.
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
- Use only one account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe your information is inaccurate or if you have violated these Terms.
4 User Conduct
feelDLove is a community built on respect and authenticity. You agree not to:
- Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users.
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive content, including fake profile information.
- Share explicit, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Attempt to solicit money, personal information, or commercial transactions from other users.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access the Service without authorisation.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
5 User Content
By submitting content to feelDLove (including photos, messages, bio text, and other materials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.
6 Premium Subscriptions & Payments
feelDLove offers paid Premium subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annually).
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Free Trial periods automatically convert to the selected paid plan unless cancelled beforehand.
- All payments are processed securely. We do not store full payment card details.
- Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact hello@feeldlove.com within 7 days of the charge.
7 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by feelDLove Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
8 Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Any matches, connections, or relationships will result from use of the Service.
- User-generated content or profiles are accurate or genuine.
We strongly encourage users to exercise caution when meeting people in person and to follow our safety guidelines available in the Help Centre.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, feelDLove Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion by contacting us.
