Account & Profile

Creating an account takes under a minute. Click "Get Started Free" on the homepage, enter your email address, set a password, and follow the steps to complete your profile. No credit card is required to start your free trial.

Go to your Profile tab and tap "Edit Profile." You can update your photos, bio, interests, and preferences at any time. Changes save automatically and are visible to other users immediately.

Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and removes all your data. If you have an active Premium subscription, please cancel it first to avoid future charges.

Matching

When you and another user both swipe right on each other, it's a match! Our AI Matchmaker also proactively suggests highly compatible profiles based on your preferences, activity, and interaction patterns over time.

Yes — with a Premium subscription you can see the full list of people who liked your profile. Free Trial members receive a notification that someone liked them but need to upgrade to reveal who.

Try adding more photos, completing your bio, and refining your preferences. Premium members also benefit from search result boosts. Our AI learns your tastes over time, so the more you use the app the better your recommendations get.

Premium & Billing

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. We never charge cancellation fees.

Subscriptions are non-refundable in most cases, but we review every request individually. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@feeldlove.com within 7 days of the charge.

After your 3-month free trial, your selected Premium plan activates automatically. We'll send you a reminder email 7 days before so you have plenty of time to change or cancel your plan.

Safety & Privacy

Open a user's profile, tap the three-dot menu (â‹®) in the top-right corner, and select "Block" or "Report." Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Blocked users cannot see your profile or contact you.
